Our condition management survey begins with our divers completing a full inspection of the pool tank. The inlets and outlets are examined to ensure they comply with the BS EN 13451-1 2011, the steps to comply with BS EN 13451-2:2001 and to inspect the condition of expansion joints, channel grating, grout and tiles etc. The inspection is then concluded with a detailed report, which is supported with photographic evidence. The objective of the report is to provide those responsible for the pool with detailed understanding of the pool condition.
Experience has shown us that an annual survey is a sufficient way for pool owners to manage their duty of care, as defects that may have been left unattended over longer periods are identified much sooner, in turn eliminating the risk of hazard to pool users.
